For people collecting stamps
How much does it cost? Nothing. Befoo is free for people and we don't sell your data.
What does the shop see? Your name, your photo if you add one, and the stamps on its card. Never your email, phone or activity at other shops.
Who gives me the reward? The shop. Each program is theirs: their rules, their rewards and their responsibility. Their contact details are on their page.
Can I close my account? Whenever you want, from My account. Careful: you'll lose all your stamps and pending rewards.
For businesses
How much does it cost? Stamping is free with no customer limit, for one location. For promotions, offers, automatic messages or more locations, from €9.90/month per business with one location included; each additional location costs half the plan.
Is there a lock-in? No. Cancel whenever you want and the service runs until the end of the paid period.
Can I have several locations? Yes, each with its own poster so you know where people join from. Your team can be limited to the locations where they work.
How many promotions can I send? One a month on Basic and five on Premium, and never more than one a day. We recommend no more than one a week: that's what keeps customers reading them.
