Prices per business, tax included: what you see is what you pay. Each additional location is added separately.
On the payment screen, at the end of the card block and below the billing address, tick “I’m purchasing as a business”. That's where you enter your legal name and tax ID, and it's what will appear on every invoice.
If you forget, it's not the end of the world: you can add it later from “Invoices and payments”, but invoices already issued won't carry those details.
